Before a spanner touches the vehicle, the high-voltage system is isolated by a trained technician and the vehicle is moved to a designated EV bay. Intake includes a state-of-health record so there's a documented baseline for the pack before we begin.
Because new cars, motorbikes, vans and trucks are always being released, it’s our responsibility to keep up-to-date so we can repair the cars of today. We are constantly up-skilling and training our team around the latest repair methods.
For your peace of mind, we are part of the Collision Repair Association (CRA), a certified structural repair centre that monitors the industry to make sure you and your car are receiving the highest levels of care. Rosiez Collision Repairs is a "Code of Practice" certified repairer, the highest level of CRA status.
We offer free loan cars and vans to help you get back on the road and about your business. If you need a loan car while your vehicle is being repaired, just let us know.

We pull the current repair procedure for that make, model and year — sectioning limits, approved joining methods, heat thresholds, torque figures, lift points and the parts that must be replaced rather than repaired. The method sets the job. The job doesn't set the method.
We assess the pack casing, mounts, cooling lines and surrounding structure for impact and deformation, including damage that isn't visible from the outside. If the pack needs a specialist inspection or the manufacturer requires involvement, we arrange it and tell you before any work proceeds.
Panel, structural and paint work is carried out using the approved methods and materials for that vehicle. Aluminium work is kept separate from steel to avoid contamination. Bake temperatures and cure times are controlled to stay inside the manufacturer's limits for a vehicle with a battery on board.
The high-voltage system is reinstated and tested, fault codes are cleared and read back, and any camera, radar or sensor affected by the repair is recalibrated so the driver-assist systems behave the way they did before the accident.
You get a record of what was done, which procedure was followed and which parts were used. That documentation is what protects your warranty position if the manufacturer ever asks how the vehicle was repaired.
